Sliced raw fish and vegetables with  fish roe, chili sauce on the rice


Hwe dup bap is a Korean dish consisting of steamed rice mixed with sliced or cubed raw fish, various vegetables such as lettuce, cucumber and sesame leaves, sesame oil, and chogocujang (a sauce made from vinegar, gochujang, and sugar). The fish used for making hwe bup bap is generally either halibut, salmon, tuna or yellow tail.
